Privacy Policy

No accounts, no personal information
Merge Ball Tactics doesn't have accounts, sign-in, or profiles. We don't ask for your name, email address, or any other personal information to play.
What we collect
The first time you start a run, the game creates a random code and saves it on your device so we can tell one player's runs apart from another's — it isn't tied to your name or identity. We use it, along with basic gameplay activity, to keep track of runs and see how people are playing overall.
What we don't do
No ads, and we never sell or share your data with advertisers. We don't collect payment information because there's nothing to buy.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to see anonymous, aggregate trends in how people play. It works using cookies and may collect things like your approximate location and browser type. If you're in the EU, UK, or EEA, it stays switched off — Google only receives a limited, cookie-free signal — until you actively accept below; everywhere else it starts automatically. You can change your choice at any time:
Your control over this data
Clearing your browser's data for this game gives you a new random code — there's no account to delete, since one was never created. If you'd like your past game data removed, just contact us below and we'll take care of it.
Children's privacy
Merge Ball Tactics is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them beyond the same anonymous gameplay data described above.
Changes to this policy
If what we collect changes, we'll update this page and the date above.
Not affiliated with the NBA
Merge Ball Tactics is an independent fan-made game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NBA, any NBA team, or any player.
